Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the 20% Development Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos and 09/100 (Php2,999,990.09) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY ROAD NAVITAS.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 120 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
