Invitation to Bid for the Construction materials of improvement of barangay road of Barangay Bayas, Estancia, Iloilo.

1. The Barangay Bayas, Estancia, Iloilo through the Municipal Aid of Barangay Bayas intent to apply for the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 285,550.00) for the construction materials and supplies for the construction/improvement of barangay road of Barangay Bayas.

2. Bid receives in excess of the approved budget shall be dis-qualified automatically at the Bid opening.

3. The BArangay Bayas, Estancia, Iloilo now invites bids to all registered supplier for the construction materials.

4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009 otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act".
