1. The Municipality of Tubungan, through MEO-Capital Outlay- Other Land Improvements (Construction/Improvement/Establishment of Slope Protection- Brgy. Nagba) intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Two Thousand One Hundred Twenty Seven Pesos & 08/100 (₱1,502,127.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Job Furnishing of Labor, Materials & Equipment for the Construction/Establishment of Slope Protection (Stone Masonry) at Barangay Nagba, Tubungan, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
