1. The Municipality of Tubungan, through Trust Fund- Loan from DBP intends to apply the sum of Thirty Million Pesos (₱30,000,000.00)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Job Furnishing of Labor, Materials & Equipment for the Construction/Completion of Two (2) Storey with One (1) Lower Ground Floor Public Market Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Tubungan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Ninety Two (392) calendar days.
