INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION/COMPLETION OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH CENTER/INFIRMARY BUILDING (Public Bidding No. 2025-021)

1. The LGU-BACACAY, ALBAY, through LDF 2022 & 2023 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Pesos & 63/100 (₱11,920,734.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION/COMPLETION OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH CENTER/INFIRMARY BUILDING (Public Bidding No. 2025-021) at Barangay 11, Bacacay, Albay. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-BACACAY, ALBAY now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION/COMPLETION OF MUNICIPAL HEALTH CENTER/INFIRMARY BUILDING. Completing the Work requires three hundred (300) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
