1. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of P 1,998,198.34 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB-CW-2025-031 Construction/Completion of Multi-Purpose Building (Gym Concrete Bleacher), Progreso, Aglipay, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by 69 Calendar Days.
