Description : Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF WOMEN DEVELOPMENT CENTER (PHASE III)
1) The Municipality of San Jose, Dinagat Islands, through the 20% MDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHP 1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF WOMEN DEVELOPMENT CENTER (PHASE III) with project identification no. of lgusj-i-2025-037. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of San Jose, Dinagat Islands now invites bids for for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 93 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
