  1)The Municipality of Taytay, through the 20% Development Fund CY2026, intends to apply the sum of 2,850,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction Of Widening Of Bridge Connection, Phase 2 At San Felipe Neri Church, Exodus, Brgy. Sta. Ana Taytay Rizal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2)The Municipality of Taytay now invites bids for Construction Of Widening Of Bridge Connection, Phase 2 At San Felipe Neri Church, Exodus, Brgy. Sta. Ana Taytay Rizal. Completion of the Works is required 90 Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
