1. The LGU - Barangay Don Salvador Lopez, through the Barangay 20% Development Fund for CY -2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand One Hundred Forty Seven pesos & 30/100 (P 499,147.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Water System at Purok Cresencio Bello, Sr., Barangay Don Salvador Lopez. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
