Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM PHASE II

1.The Barangay Local Government unit of New Oroquieta, through the 20% BDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirteen Pesos and One Centavos Only (Php 567,813.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Water System Phase II Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Barangay Local Government Unit of New Oroquieta now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 160 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders).

3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA)...
