Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM (PHASE-I)

1. Barangay Local Government unit of San Francisco through the 20% BDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos & Eighty Centavos Only (Php 474,789.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM (PHASE-I). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of San Francisco now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 11 (Instructions to Bidders).
