1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the NGA, the National Expenditure Program of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Four Million Thirty-Six Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Eight and 28/100 Pesos Only (P 194,036,198.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of Water Surface Solar Powered Pump and Irrigation Facilities in Tarlac IMO with IB No. NIAR3-2025-TAR-SOLAR-9 located in Camiling & Lapaz, Tarlac Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days.
