The Municipality of Sta. Rita, through 2025 LGU funds intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Ten Thousand Six Hundred Forty Six Pesos (Php7,210,646.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR SIX (6) BARANGAYS @ Brgy. Santan, Brgy. Bougainvilla, Brgy. Rosal, Brgy. Gumamela, Brgy. Bokinggan & So. Hitaas, Brgy. Binanalan, Sta. Rita, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
