Section I. Invitation to Bid

For the: Construction of Water Supply System, Brgy. San Lorenzo, Masinloc

1)The Province of Zambales, through the 20% Economic Development Fund C.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (Php 8,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Water Supply System, Brgy. San Lorenzo, Masinloc/Infra 61-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Province of Zambales now invites bids for the Construction of Water Supply System, Brgy. San Lorenzo, Masinloc/Infra 61-2025. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
