In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siruma, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY, PHASE II, BARANGAY CABUGAO (SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act.

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) has a sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (PHP 367,380.00), inclusive of applicable taxes, as follows:
