Description : Invitation to Bid

1. The City Government of Surigao through the Bids and Awards Committee invites contractors to submit bids for the following contracts:

ITB No. 2024-Infra-078
Contract Name: Construction of Water Supply and Sanitation Project
Location: Brgy. Cabongbongan, Surigao City
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): 8,000,000.00
Contract Duration: 120 CD

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Surigao now invites bids for the above Procurement of Projects. Completion of Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
