CONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM HOUSING

1. The Margosatubig Regional Hospital (MRH) intends to procure Construction of Wastewater Treatment System Housing with the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,800,000.00).

2. The MRH, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said Multipurpose Transport Vehicle.

3. The procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act,” including Annex H thereof.
