Description : The Local Government Unit - Quinapondan, Eastern Samar, through the Bids & Awards Committee (BAC ), intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Two Pesos and .44/100 (Php1,499,902.44) under the 20% EDF 2025, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the CONSTRUCTION OF WAREHOUSE FACILITY (Phase 01), Quinapondan Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
