INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Libas, Hinunangan, Southern Leyte, through the Barangay 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand, Three Hundred Thirty Pesos and Twenty Centavos (P 623,000.00) being the Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF WAREHOUSE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Libas, Hinunangan, Southern Leyte now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF WAREHOUSE located at Barangay Libas, Hinunangan, Southern Leyte with the following scope of works:
1.0 - General Requirements = 1 lot
2.0 - Structural Works
2.1 - Concrete Works = 7.80 cu.m.
2.2 - Reinforcing Steel Bars = 978.20 kgs.
2.3 - Form Works = 40.00 sq.m.
2.4 - Roof Framing Works = 1.00 lot
2.5 -Roofing Works = 54.88 sq.m.
3.0 - Architectural Works
3.1 - Masonry Works = 92.40 sq.m.
