1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the NGA, the National Expenditure Program of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Five Million Three Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand One Hundred Seven and 93/100 Pesos Only (P 165,328,107.93) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of Various Solar Powered Pump Irrigation Projects for Pampanga (2nd District) with IB No. NIAR3-2025-PAM-SOLAR-6 located in Floridablanca, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
