1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the NGA, the National Expenditure Program of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Six Million Six Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen and 93/100 Pesos Only (P 96,697,818.93) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Construction of Various Solar Powered Pump Irrigation Projects for Bulacan with IB No. NIAR3-2025-BUL-SOLAR-2 located in San Rafael & San Ildefonso, Bulacan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days.
