1. The Local Government Unit of Calayan, through the AIP CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Twenty Pesos and Fifty Six Centavos (Php 3,494,020.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
