1. The Local Government Unit of Calayan, through the AIP SUPPLEMENTAL NO.1 CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Six Hundred Pesos and 11/100 (Php 2,986,600.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
