1. The Local Government Unit of Calayan, through the AIP 20% MDF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Four Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Six Hundred Forty Pesos and 28/100 (Php 8,496,640.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
