1. The Local Government Unit of Calayan, through the AIP Under 20% MDF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred Eighty One Pesos and 38/100 (Php 7,998,581.38) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
