The Ministry of Public Works-BARMM (formerly DPWH-ARMM), Sulu 2nd District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Two Hundred Ten Thousand Five Hundred
Pesos (₱14,210,500.00) being the Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments , now invites Bidders to bid for the hereunder projects:

1. 24-RIS2OI190 - Construction of Fish Landing, Brgy. Pangdan, Tapul, Sulu
2. 25-RIS2OI129 - Construction of Concrete Footbridge w/ Pierhead and Solar Lights, Brgy. Daundong, Pata, Sulu

The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use Non - Discretionary "pass/fail" criteria.

All particular relative to the site, location and scope of work shall be available at PHILGEPS website. The bidding
process and other similar activities for the contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
