  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
  CONSTRUCTION OF TWO STOREY MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING AT BATUHAN, POLA, ORIENTAL MINDORO
  
  1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM), through the SB No. 3 - 20% DF 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Three Pesos and 67/100 (Php 3,498,993.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Construction of Two Storey Multi-Purpose Building at Batuhan, Pola, Oriental Mindoro (IB No. CW-2024-270)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 115 calendar days. Bidders should have a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
