Description : CONSTRUCTION OF TWO-STOREY EIGHT (8) CLASSROOM BUILDING PHASE 3 FOR GLAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Sarangani, through the AB 2026-20% DF. intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (₱8,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Construction of Two-Storey Eight (8) Classroom Building Phase 3 for Glan Institute of Technology under contract no. Infra-2026-19. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Sarangani now invites bids for Completion of 4-units Classroom with 12-unit Comfort Rooms (with corrigdors) and library with a floor area of 862.60 sq.m with electric works, lightings, ceiling, painting, plumbing and fire protection system. Powerhouse & tanks with pump and complete accessories. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Forty (140) Calendar Days.
