1) The Commission on Audit, Regional Office III, through the General Appropriations
Act for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Eight Million Seven Hundred
Five Thousand Pesos (P28,705,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Two-Storey
Commission on Audit Provincial Satellite Auditing Office (PSAO), ATC
Compound, Barangay Suklayin, Aurora. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
