1. The Agricultural Training Institute - Regional Training Center 13 (ATI-RTC 13) under the NLP-Swine Industry Recovery Project (SIRP) fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1,600,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Construction of two (2) units 40-head finisher capacity swine housing facility in barangay Tungao, Butuan City (site 1) and barangay Dulag, Butuan City (site 2) under PR No. 24-12-881c. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
