Description : 1. The Department of Public Works and Highways-Pangasinan 3rd DEO, Tomana, Rosales, Pangasinan, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 19,850,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) STOREY SIX (6) CLASSROOM UNZAD ES, VILLASIS, PANGASINAN with Contract ID No.25AI0190 RE-ADV.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Pangasinan 3rd District Engineering Office, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 205 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Prospective Bidders should be (1) registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with PCAB LICENSE Category of at least C & D.
