INFRA - B - 001. Construction of Two (2) Storey Six (6) Classroom School Building at Balayan SHS, Brgy. Caloocan, Balayan, Batangas

1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Special Education Fund (SEF), intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Seven Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Six Hundred Three Pesos and 79/100 (₱27,250,603.79), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Construction of Two (2) Storey Six (6) Classroom School Building at Balayan SHS, Brgy. Caloocan, Balayan, Batangas

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above infrastructure project. Completion of the Works required is Two Hundred Seventy (270) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
