CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) STOREY ACADEMIC INFRASTRUCTURE WITH ROOF DECK AT NPC PAGADIAN (PHASE I) - PPSC BAC IB NO.003 (I) 2025

1. The Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), through the General Appropriations Act of FY2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Six Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱26,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) STOREY ACADEMIC INFRASTRUCTURE WITH ROOF DECK AT NPC PAGADIAN (PHASE I). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PPSC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ten (10) Months. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
