  1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through the 5% CDRRM Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and 50/100 (Php 3,338,399.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) BARREL BOX CULVERT AT SITIO PUTRIDO, BRGY. BALAYANG, CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety-Five (95) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
