1) The Municipality of Binalbagan, through the budget approved by the sangguniang bayan 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (P 940,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Tourist Hub and Toilet at Barangay Biao, Binalbagan Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Binalbagan now invites bids for Construction of Tourist Hub and Toilet at Barangay Biao, Binalbagan Negros Occidental. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) Working Days.
