1. The Local Government of Rosario, Northern Samar, through the General Fund under 20% AIP intends to apply the sum of PhP 2,339,109.36 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Construction of Tourist Attraction / Theme Park, LGU-Rosario, Northern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Rosario, Northern Samar now invites bids the Construction of Tourist Attraction / Theme Park, LGU-Rosario, Northern Samar. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required 150 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 1 (One) Year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a similar to the Project.
