1) The Municipal Government of Mlang, through the Annual Budget -FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS ONLY ( P 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF TOMB AT PUBLIC CEMETERY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Mlang now invites bids for the hereunder works using the LCRB criterion:
