Description : The Parañaque National High School - San Isidro, through its Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) for the month of December 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWO PESOS AND 72/100 (₱150,402.72) being the Approved Budget for the Construction of Toilet at the Admin Office. Bids received in excess of the approved budget shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of Parañaque National High School - San Isidro now invites bidders for the above-mentioned project. Prospective bidders must have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed cost.

Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, in accordance with RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.
