Invitation to Bid for Construction of Tinucoran Road Going To Las Nieves Public Market

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of three million pesos (Php 3,000,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Tinucoran Road Going To Las Nieves Public Market. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 100 working calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
