1. The City Government of Puerto Princesa (CGPP), through its Special Trust Fund Account - SIP #2 CY 2024 CDRRM TF, intends to apply the sum, corresponds as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for each of the following developmental infrastructure projects of the CGPP to be implemented in the Fiscal Year 2025. Bids received in excess of the respective ABC of the following projects shall be automatically rejected at bid opening, to wit:
