Description : To: All Eligible Bidders:

1. The Department of Education, Schools Division of Capiz, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), requests price quotation for the project Construction of Temporary Learning Space Classrooms (Pontevedra NHS) particularly described and detailed in the project reference below.
2. Please quote your lowest price inclusive of VAT on the items listed below, subject to the terms and conditions of this RFQ. Submit your quotation duly signed by your authorized representative at the BAC Office, Department of Education, Schools Division of Capiz, Brgy. Banica, Roxas City not later than SEPTEMBER 19, 2025. at 9:00 AM. Upon receipt of at least one (1) quotation on the deadline set for submission, the BAC opens the quotations.

3. Quotation shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to the BAC Chairperson and the envelope should have the RFQ Number boldly and conspicuously identified.

4. Quotation must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated.
