INVITATION TO BID FOR

CONSTRUCTION OF TANOD OUTPOST

1. The Barangay 82 Marasbaras through the Barangay Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Three Pesos and Twenty Centavos (₱599,583.20) for payments under the contract for Construction of Tanod Outpost

2. The Barangay 82 Marasbaras now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 20 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
