1. The Local Government Unit of Talakag, through the Loan Borrowing C.Y. 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php550,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Talakag Government Center (DESIGN AND BUILD SCHEME). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
