1. The DENR-Kalinga, through the GAA for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP1,464,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Small Water Impounding System under P.R. no. 2025-03-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
