15) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Tublay, through the Trust Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand One Hundred Seven Pesos and Ninety-Two Centavos (₱ 894,107.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Swine Industry Recovery Project (SIRP) Component 2- 40 Heads Capacity Facilities (2025-INFRA-823). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
16) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Tublay now invites bids for Construction of Swine Industry Recovery Project (SIRP) Component 2- 40 Heads Capacity Facilities. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days to complete the project.
