Technical Assistance (CBTA) under Support for the Parcelization of Lands for Individual
Titling (SPLIT) Project intends to apply the sum of Php280,000,000.00 being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of
Sustainable Transformation for Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Institute (DESIGN AND
BUILD SCHEME). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
