1. The University of the Philippines Manila (UPM), through the UPM-Funds 2025, intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Three Million Six Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Pesos and Seventy-Four Centavos (Php33,644,930.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Construction of Surgical Skills and Simulation Laboratory Third Floor, Calderon Hall, Department of Anatomy, College of Medicine, University of the Philippines Manila. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The University of the Philippines Manila now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of works required is within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days reckoned from the date of acceptance of Notice to Proceed.
