Construction of Super Health Center (Phase 1) - 2nd Posting

1. The Local Government Unit of Mulanay, Quezon, through the DOH Trust Fund to LGU Mulanay intends to apply the sum of Four Million, Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Eighty Four Pesos and Twenty Seven Cents (Php 4, 999,884.27) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Super Health Center (Phase 1) - 2nd Posting /2025-02-003-Infra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Mulanay, Quezon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Sixty (160) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
