Description : The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project: “CONSTRUCTION OF STUDENT HUB/ DINING LOUNGE AT OMSC MAMBURAO under project reference no. OMSC RFQ 26-012 with an ABC of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,300,000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the IRR of RA No. 12009 or the NEW GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT.
Please submit your duly signed Quotation Forms (Technical Specification and Financial Requirement) including the Terms and Conditions (Annex “A”) together with the following mandatory requirements on or before 2:30 PM of 14 April 2026:
a. Valid Mayor-s/Business Permit
b. Valid PCAB License
c. Income Tax Returns¹ (for ABCs above Php500,000.00)
d.
