CONSTRUCTION OF STUDENT DORMITORY
(DESIGN AND BUILD SCHEME) INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT

1) The Philippine Science High School-Cagayan Valley Campus, through the Government Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Four Hundred Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos (Php 29,409,848.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF STUDENT DORMITORY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Philippine Science High School-Cagayan Valley Campus now invites bids for Construction of Student Dormitory. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Ten (210) days (Design Phase is Thirty (30) days and Construction Phase is One Hundred Eighty (180) days contract duration. Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
